Data we collect

We do not ask for sensitive data or data about minors. We never receive or store card details: payments are processed by Wompi.

• T-shirt reservation form: name, WhatsApp or email, design, size and quantity.
• Messages you send us by email or social media.
• Technical browsing data (IP address, browser type) logged by our hosting provider for security and performance.

What we use it for

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. We will only send promotional messages if you allow us to.

• Managing your reservation, confirming payment and arranging delivery.
• Answering your questions and contacting you about your order.
• Meeting accounting and legal obligations.

Consent

By submitting the reservation form you authorize the processing of your data for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

Who we share data with

These providers may process data on servers outside Colombia. We only share what is needed to provide the service.

• Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script), where reservations are recorded.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site.
• Wompi, which processes payments under its own terms.
• Vaki, for donations you make on its platform.

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as needed to manage the pre-order and the event, and for the periods required by accounting and legal rules. After that we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

As a data subject you can access, update and correct your data, request proof of your consent, be informed about how it is used, withdraw consent and ask for deletion where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

To exercise them, write to social.alborada@gmail.com. We answer queries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Linked external services (Vaki, Wompi, Instagram, LinkedIn) may use their own when you visit them.

Photos of minors

We try to avoid close-ups of children in the photos of our events. If you, or your child, appear in an image and want it removed, write to us and we will do it without delay.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this page.
